Almost a week ago we hosted our Annual Women At The Well Fundraiser and here we have pictured our Vice President of Women At The Well (Michele Waier; in blue) blessing the ladies who attended. NorthEast’s signature is at the end of every event we love to sing “The Blessing” over them. This event was no different and there wasn’t a dry eye in the room. ❤️Almost a week ago we hosted our Annual Women At The Well Fundraiser and here we have pictured our Vice President of Women At The Well (Michele Waier; in blue) blessing the ladies who attended. Today 3 of our staff members got to go pray over Dan who we met over a year ago at Pacific Shores (a recovery home we bring bible studies to). He has been diagnosed with cancer and has not been able to leave his home due to no immune system, but today, NorthEast got to bring Church to him.
He mentioned, “What a blessing it was that he found Jesus at his program because without Him, he would’ve went back to alcohol.”
So grateful for His life today.
Please join us as we continue to pray for Dan and his battle against cancer. 🙏🏼

The group is home from Israel. Thank you so much for all your prayers. It was an impactful trip and here are a few photos from our Baptism at the Jordan River. We baptized 12 people and some of them rededicated their lives to the Lord.

We are already getting a list together for our next israel trip in 2025!Photos from NorthEast of the Well's post

Our Sunday service at the Southern Steps in Israel. Our founder and Executive Director (Laura Suk) reminding us that we all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God and that none but God have the authority to condemn. Yet we learn that Jesus in his gentleness doesn’t condemn her either but challenges her to “Go and sin no more.” We were also reminded to be bold and move it in out when needed. Our Sunday service at the Southern Steps in Israel. In exactly one week we are taking a group of 33 people on our 3rd Jail to Jerusalem leadership development trip to the Holy Land where the Bible will come alive as we visit areas we’ve read about in Scripture and dig deeper into God’s Word. 33 people joining us from ministry partners, sober livings, detox centers and board members. We are expectant for God to move! Would you join us in praying over our team Feb. 20-March 1st?
What to pray for:
• For the safety of our team as we travel throughout Israel
• For radical transformation and lives to be changed through this experience
• For critical and divine encounters with people we get to meet along the way
• To fall in love with Jesus and His word more and moreIn exactly one week we are taking a group of 33 people on our 3rd Jail to Jerusalem leadership development trip to the Holy Land where the Bible will come alive as we visit areas we’ve read about in Scripture and dig deeper into God’s Word. 33 people joining us from ministry partners, sober livings, detox centers and board members. Our founder Laura Johnson-Suk at Free Wheelchair Mission with Executive Director Nuka Solomon. So incredibly grateful that our board member, Jennifer Link, opened the door for our team to share, pray over and bless the @fwmission team today where her husband, Dave, serves on the board as well. It’s always powerful to partner with other ministries who are the hands and feet of Jesus on the frontlines!

We learned from the team today that they have given out 1.3 million wheelchairs but 75 million people worldwide are still in need. Join us in praying for those who are still waiting for their wheelchair.Photos from NorthEast of the Well's post

This weekend, NorthEast of the Well, along with some of our ministry partners Finding Freedom and @forgottenchildreninc, were invited by Breaking Chains to present at an anti-human trafficking conference at Calvary Chapel RSM. We shared about our ministry as we continue to be bold in our outreach efforts against human trafficking. One of our staff, Lorena, who is our HT Coordinator and a survivor herself, shared her testimony and how the power of Christ transformed her life. Through working together, we were reminded that this work and transformation can only be done through the power Jesus Christ.Photos from NorthEast of the Well's post ... See moreSee less

This weekend, Irma Drummond and Lorena Padilla represented NorthEast of the Well at Stop The Demand, an anti-human trafficking awareness event hosted by Project Resilience in Pomona. Also in attendance were Mayor Tim Sandoval and Senator Susan Rubio.

Through our collaboration with Project Resilience, we are not only bringing awareness about the devastation of human trafficking, but standing in the gap to alleviate this worldwide crisis. Lorena shared her testimony at the event and we are looking forward to more opportunities to support other organizations in the effort against human trafficking.Photos from NorthEast of the Well's post

Celebrated our annual Newport/Anaheim Christmas gathering where we shared a meal, played the infamous human bingo, and worshipped together. We had over 130 people with over a dozen programs present!! Part of our mission is to end generational cycles and what a joy to see generations of families together! Thank you to our wonderful MC’s Sarah Covarrubias (who has been with us for 12 years) and Lantz Bell (our newest Board member). And a special thank you to Nancy Bell and the Loaves and Fishes team for preparing such a great meal!Photos from NorthEast of the Well's post ... See moreSee less
