OUTCAST TO WITNESS

Outcast to Witness (OTW) provides weekly small group Bible studies, one-on-one discipleship, and large group gatherings for 350 individuals who are in detox programs, sober living homes, reentry/transitional living, human trafficking safe houses, jails, and juvenile detention centers. We use restorative justice approaches along with biblical teaching to address isolation, root causes of addiction/crime, and trauma.

More than Conquerors

More than Conquerors is our anti-human trafficking initiaitve. Currently, we partner with cornerstone organizations in the community (Finding Freedom, Gems Uncovered, Forgotten Children, and Treasures) to conduct and lead outreaches in motels throughout Orange County and redlight districts in Los Angeles. We also offer local churches, volunteers, community and social service leaders with training to equip them with trauma knowledge and practical tools on how to engage with victims in their own communities. Most recently, NorthEast has been invited to be a part of The South Los Angeles Anti-Trafficking Committee(SLAATC) to prepare outreach and rescue efforts during The Super Bowl, providing emergency support and direct services for adults and minors rescued during the STING operation.
